Claude Is Eating the World

Anthropic issued its second Economic Index Report analyzing how people are using Claude.

Let’s take a look at some interesting findings.

1. Use of Clause for personal reasons has increased.

2. People are using Claude a bit more for augmentation of their and a little less from complete automation

3. Use of Claude is spreading among states in the US while concentrating in countries in the world

4. Among Opus, Sonnet, and Haiku models, Opus is the more popular for computer and mathematical tasks. Sonnet is the default model, handling easier tasks.

6. Users of Claude for 6 months or more do more iterative work and less delegation, are more likely to use Claude for work, and have a higher success rate.
